Went here unexpectedly and let me tell you. This is so far the best authentic Italian food we've had in the North End. Great staff the place was mobbed and they moved around like a well oiled machine. The Lasagna Bolognese was great as well as the lobster Ravioli and shrimp in a vodka sauce. But the little neck clams stole the show with the broth they were in was incredible.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and it was definitely worth the visit. Ordered a pizza and it did not disappoint. It was so good. Service was good and we seated pretty quickly. The inside was on the smaller side yet comfortable.

I love dining in The North End and Antico Forno is a favorite. Monday night, the food did not disappoint. The only let down was they did not have their windows open on a gorgeous summer night in the 70's. My spaghetti con pomodoro was divine. Our waitress was good, but we never got rolls despite having bread plates and seeing someone passing them out from a basket once I was done.

We had a res so we're seated immediately in front of the window. Service was prompt and attentive. We ordered Capricioso (Sp?) pizza with addition of onions and peppers. Delish! Because of all of the hard surfaces a bit noisy.

Fantastic food and very attentive service in a lively atmosphere! The best the North End has to offer.

Love the food, the inside is intimate and service is brisk. Came here with my family and shared a pizza and pasta. Got the Traditional pizza with sausage and pepperoni, tasted delicious and fresh. The pasta was good as well and has good meat flavor. Would come back!

Pros: Food is great! Would definitely recommend the focaccina con caprino as an app. Entrees were also good. Service was fast, and there was free bread to start. The interior is very rustic and cozy. Cons: Service being fast is good, but at times it almost felt like we were being rushed due to servers coming in and trying picking up our dishes before we were even finished with the food. Tables are also squished very close together and they are constantly moving around tables and chairs to accommodate more parties. It is also very loud with lots of large groups so be mindful of that if looking for a quiet meal. However all of this can be expected for a busy north end restaurant.

Service: Top notch and attentive, no complaints there. I went right near 5 pm, so dodged the dinner rush that came in as I got my food. Ambiance: cozy place, medium amount of seating. I got my own two person high table so plenty of room. I get why restaurants do low lighting but ki d of wish they didn't lol felt basement like, but kind of goes with the brick oven vibe. Food: Veal Parm was great, came out hot with sides still bubbling. Spaghetti was nice and soft, but not overcooked, definitely tasted fresh. Definitely on the top list of North End places.
